Going to be on the road yet again...

What do you mean by that, you ask? Lemme explain... No, is too long. Lemme sum up. :)

Our vacation was last week. We went up to see Giliane's family in northern California. Our friend, Jamie, went with us. Don't forget our energetic bundle of fur, Keeley. All four of us in our car for 10 hours. One way.

The drive wasn't too bad, actually. All my typical gripes about California drivers still exist. I usually drive about 5 mph over the limit, but you'd think I was driving 20 mph below. And what is it with people who insist on pacing you on the freeway? Man alive, it drives me nuts. Speed up, slow down, do something, anything, just don't drive the same damn speed as I do. **grrrr**

As you can see from the pic, we visited Apple Hill in Placerville County and found an honest-to-goodness pumpkin patch. Giliane wanted to specifically find one so that she could pick out her pumpkin. 1300 miles for a pumpkin. :) That's ok. We had a great time!

So later today we are heading down to Phoenix (yep, we got back last Wednesday, and here we are going on another trip) for one of Giliane's management meetings. We'll only be there two days. And since I don't like Giliane going to Phoenix by herself (who would??) I'm tagging along. We're bringing Keeley and I'll pretty much camp out in the room and watch movies for a couple of days. Not too bad, huh? LOL I could use it. Saw a weeks worth of clients in a span of two days when I got back. I could use a vacation from my vacation!!
