Go USA!!

The women's figure skating concludes tonight. Here's hoping Cohen doesn't choke like she's typically done. Her performance on Tuesday was really good. But then again, she usually doesn't fare too well when pressure is involved. I hope she gets the gold!

Everyone thought that we'd do so well in these Olympics. Last I checked, we're fourth in the medal standings. If not for the snowboarders, we'd be hurting. We thougth we had the alpine skiing medals in the bag. That turned out to be a bust. Used to laugh at the fact that the women now had their own hockey team. Not laughing anymore! They earned a bronze. Where are the men? Booted by Finland.

Carpet Cleaning...

I finally convinced Jeff that we should get the carpets cleaned. They really look great and we were amazed how much dirt there was after only a year and a half! Well, I'm off to make a turkey. The family is coming over for an early dinner and I should probably get started if we want to eat sometime today! :)

Olympic dolts

I can't believe Bode Miller and his teammate, I forget his name, switched their skis right before they competed. The result? No alpine skiing medals for the US.

I'll bet they'll be regretting that move for quite some time.

Oh, and our vice-president shot his hunting partner, who was wearing a bright orange vest?? lololololololololol

We finally updated!

It took us a while. We finally started updating the pages of our web site that needed to be updated. Giliane even redesigned the opening page. Looks pretty good, babe!

Heck, it took us close to a year to update our photo album page, but we finally put some new pics in there. Brayden's 1st birthday party, Giliane's 30th birthday party, etc.

Here's the sad part. My 2nd nephew was born in October of 2005, and I hadn't included him yet in our family tree photo album page. Well, he's finally there. Sorry Blayke!

And, then there's Sammi, our cocker spaniel that we've had for close to a year. She is finally included in our pets page. Put some photos of her up in there as well.

We still have to add some new pictures of Brayden, Blayke, and the Twins. I hope to have that done by the end of the day.
